Role: Sustainability Director – Frasers Property UK

Location: London - agile working available – min. 3 days in the office/onsite, 2 days from home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sustainability Director to join us and lead the Frasers Property UK (FPUK), Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison, and Hotel du Vin businesses though the next phase of our exciting journey to deliver carbon reductions in-line with our objectives, whilst managing both transitional and physical risks on the pathway to net zero carbon.

This is a critical role and we’re looking for a hands-on candidate to deliver change across our portfolio. The successful individual has excellent knowledge of residential and commercial properties and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within the property sector and ideally within a corporate real estate background.
• A strong track record of delivering energy saving initiatives in corporate real estate is advantageous.
• Focus on improving our existing portfolio through a hands-on approach.
• GRESB knowledge.
• Project management experience is beneficial.
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment/ team.
• Performance-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on mentality.
• Strong team player who can demonstrate an ability to take ownership of work streams, work independently of senior management oversight and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the UK.
