Junior Project Manager

The Client

Our client are a well established fit out contractor with a turnover of £15m and over 20 years specialising in commercial office, restaurant and high end retail fit out and refurbishments.

The Role

The role is to support the Head of the Small Works division who specialise in commercial office maintenance works and small fit outs with values £500 to £100k. The role will involve taking specifications, taking measurements and preparing quotes for clients.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have trained as a Quantity Surveyor and have a good head for numbers and a great eye for detail. Alternatively, you may be working in a similar role currently within fit out and refurbishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,500.00-£27,500.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
