Ward Sister Charge Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Ward Sister / Charge Nurse to join our amazing experienced nursing team on Panther Ward to help provide a high level of nursing care and positive patient and staff experiences.

Panther Ward is a 14 bedded ward that cares for patients of all ages undergoing Ear Nose & Throat surgery, Plastic surgery, Cleft Lip and Palate surgery, Ophthalmology surgery, Maxillofacial & dental surgery, as well as caring for self-ventilating patients with artificial airways including tracheostomies. We have a very high turnover of patients and various specialities making every day different.

We have 2 designated High Dependency beds on the ward providing an opportunity for all to learn new skills.
