ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and creative Summer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a knack for content creation, client servicing, database management, and business outreach. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment while contributing to high-profile projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Management

• Assist in brainstorming, creating, and managing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

Client servicing and support

• Support our client services team in providing outstanding customer service, including responding to client queries, preparing reports and presentations, and participating in client meetings.
• You will be a key point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Database management

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our databases. This includes data entry, data cleansing, generating database reports, and implementing improvements to our data management systems.

Business Outreach

• Assist with business development efforts, including market research, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong interest in Asian/Chinese culture; knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus.
• Familiarity with the city and a keen eye for the latest trends.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of managing Chinese social media platforms would be an advantage.
• Basic graphic and animation design skills are required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible and dynamic startup environment.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £755.00-£1,500.00 per month
