Front of House Assistant

WTW Cinemas is committed to delivering customer service of the highest standard, and the front line in this delivery is our dedicated team of Front of House Assistants.

WTW are looking for staff who are flexible, hard working, who work well as part of a team and under their own initiative. Applicants must be 16 years or over although if you are under the age of 18 we require parental permission.

Front of House staff at WTW Cinemas undertake the following duties;

• Welcoming customers to the cinema, answering any queries and promoting an enjoyable atmosphere.
• Box office sales, assisting customers with the purchase of tickets for current & future performances including Event Cinema releases, advising on film content and the purchase of gift cards and the collection of previously reserved tickets.
• Concession sales of a selection of hot & cold drinks, snacks & alcohol.
• Controlling access to auditoriums by checking tickets, including when necessary checking ID for age-restricted content.
• Monitoring the auditorium during performances for sound, picture, lighting, room temperature and customer behaviour issues and dealing or reporting with any issues as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in auditoriums in-between performances, and the foyer / toilet areas throughout the day.

WTW Cinemas are open to the public each evening, during the weekends, and throughout the day during the school holidays.

Rates of pay follow the National Minimum Wage / Living Wage.
