The role will involve:

• Overseeing customers entering and leaving the premises
• Adhering to the door policy of Ollies.
• Welcoming customers into the premises in friendly manner
• Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers
• Observing situations to prevent them from escalating
• Prevent glassware and bottles being removed from the premises at all times
• Dealing with any challenging situations in a professional and discreet manner

The essential criteria for this role is:

• Previous experience, at least 1 year in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount.
• You must hold a current SIA Door Supervisor License including the Physical Intervention module.
• Available to work shifts up to 3am on Friday and Saturday

Ollie's offers staff

• £15.50 per hour for all ages and paid breaks
• 29 days holiday (pro rata) including your birthday off
