Maintenance Manager

With an enviable location on the South Bank of the River Thames, Park Plaza London Riverbank welcomes travellers from near and far to central London with 645 bedrooms, 24 meeting rooms and Chino Latino Restaurant & Bar. This role requires a hands-on Maintenance Manager who has experience working in a busy hotel environment.

We are looking for our Maintenance Manage who will:

• Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
• Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
• Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
• Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Have experience leading a large maintenance team
• Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management

• Have previous experience as Maintenance Manager in a hotel with more than 500 bedrooms
