Junior/Trainee Computer Technician

To provide technical support for the deployment, maintenance and repair of computer systems and accessories, and to serve customers in our shop/workshop. Our busy High Street shop also supports local businesses, up to 100 users. Orders and support via phone, email and shop front is a major part of this work. Good organisational and personal skills are required. We expect the successful candidate to have a high level of interest in home computing, probably be quite competent at maintaining their own systems, and may have some experience in repairs, upgrades, networking or software. However, technical, on-the-job training will be given. Attention to detail is critical in this role. We have an extremely high customer satisfaction rating and the successful candidate will be able to continue this trend.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
