Filipino Travel Consultant

Job Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic travel Consultant, fluent in Tagalog.

The applicant must have a right of work in UK.

This position is to join a growing travel company to pursue sales leads for the flight sales to Philippines market for travel from UK to Manila, Ceba, Clarke and other destinations.

You will be working with an international company who works with all the leading airlines and has been established in the UK since 1986.

The role will entail designing marketing campaigns for the community, and then dealing with B2B and B2C customers and increasing penetration into the Filipino community. If you have an active interest in travel and proven experience working within a customer service environment, this could be the ideal role for you. You will also require the following skills or experience:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of handling complaints and managing customer expectations
* A great team player with strong PC skills

Joining the team as a Travel Consultant, you will:

• Handle enquiries over the telephone and in writing
• Be supporting members and clients across the globe do book and amend their flights bookings.
• Ensuring that you have a good understanding of the company’s products and services
• You must have proven sales knowledge with travel company with over 3 years experience in any GDS such as Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre.

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

• Hounslow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
