At Bristol Ice Cream are our passion is ice cream.

Since 1974 the business has been family owned mobile caterer and is looking to expand. We now operate an extensive fleet of modern mobile catering units at parks, festivals and tourist attractions all over Bristol.

Our commitment to quality ensures that our services are called upon to work in busy locations across Bristol.

Overview of role

We are seeking smart, reliable, pleasant, ice cream vendors to serve customers and drive our ice cream vans to our licensed sites and attend various annual events.The role involves manual labour and often hours extend late into the evening so flexibility is a must.This is a fast paced busy role that involves you being on your feet all day.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have fantastic customer service skills
• Able to perform basic maths without the use of a cash register and count back the change to customers in case of a power failure

• You must be able to work standing on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to work own initiative and be very flexible. Work will include weekends and bank holidays
• Full training will be provide

• A natural team worker, who can work collaboratively with colleagues and is willing to pitch in whatever the task
• Excellent at interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking and someone who takes pride in what they do

• A strong belief that first-rate customer service is vital, whether working directly with clients, colleagues or suppliers

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Experience within the food industry is preferred but not essential
• Full driving licence - Ideal
• UK Bank Account & proof of eligibility to work in the UK

Salary: £9.00 - £10.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £11.00-£13.20 per hour
